The Mount Sinai School of Medicine, established in 1963, has a tradition of superior education, outstanding research and innovative patient care. Since it’s founding, Mount Sinai has offered academic appointments to practicing managers, who have taught a wide variety of courses in the Baruch/Mount Sinai Program. Today Mt. Sinai faculty teach courses in Strategic Planning in Health Care, Epidemiology as well as modules in organizational analysis, managed care, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and cost accounting.
