Naomi Gardberg is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Management. Dr. Gardberg's research interest is in the creation, transfer and dissipation of intangible assets, such as corporate reputation. Her work in this area has been published in the field's major journals, such as the Academy of Management Review and the Journal of International Business Studies. Her corporate reputation studies have included Abbott Laboratories, AFLAC, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Medco Health Solutions, Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, and Proctor & Gamble.
Dr. Gardberg teaches undergraduate and graduates courses in business policy and strategy, as well as international management. In addition, she is a member of the Baruch Ph.D. faculty and teaches a doctoral cross-cultural seminar. Dr. Gard
