
Dr. Rosen is a nationally recognized expert in the management of health care organizations. His research has examined important issues such as the impact of payment incentives on professional behavior, the effect of regulation on institutional management, and the application of operations management techniques in health care organizations. He has played a leadership role national professional societies, and in accreditation.
As Director of the Baruch-Mt. Sinai Program for over 10 years, Prof. Rosen was a pioneer in the integration of all basic management disciplines into health care management curricula. He also served as the Zicklin Schools Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and currently serves as Chair of the Zicklin Department of Management.
